We’ve replaced welds with a fully bolt-together design, making every part replaceable, repairable, and built to last. It’s our commitment to sustainability and gear that performs season after season.

A blend of aluminum and steel makes Recon lighter and easier to handle without sacrificing strength. The steel hitch and upright provide rugged strength and durability, while updated aluminum baskets reduce weight and fits 24” to 29” wheels, up to 5” wide without adapters or additional baskets.

Included stability straps help distribute the load and stabilize the rack, while the redesigned pivot system lets you easily raise and lower the rack for quick, smooth access to your trunk or tailgate. 

The new wedge-style anti-wobble hitch secures the rack to your vehicle with rock-solid stability, virtually eliminating sway and rattle on your 2” hitch receiver and giving you confidence while transporting your bikes.

Available in 4, 5, or 6 bike configurations, Recon has a setup for every rider, group, or family. Expand your gear-hauling capacity with the APS Side Panel, bring the kids along with the Kids Basket adapter, or explore our lineup of accessories to create your ideal setup.
