My 1 UP bike rack was damaged when it came loose off my truck on the freeway and scrapped along the road. I asked for and received repair parts to fix the bike rack.
1 UP responded to my request for parts quickly and made it possible for me to restore my 1 UP bike rack to full and normal use. And the cost of the parts was very reasonable. Thank You.
